Title: Veterinary Receptionist
We are looking for a full-time receptionist with outstanding customer service skills who is capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred. Desired qualities include friendliness, reliability, honesty, professionalism, and the ability to contribute to a team.
The responsibilities of a receptionist include answering phones, scheduling appointments using Cornerstone software, rooming clients, cashiering, cleaning exam rooms and the reception area, assisting doctors with anything they may need, and generally just attending to the needs of our clients in such a manner as to ensure that their time spent with us is enjoyable.
