Hotel-Style Booking Procedures

Although we try to accommodate all of our clients the best we can, we did have to switch to Hotel-Style booking due to complications regarding overlapping reservations. This is only a problem when our kennel facility is completely booked. If you need to drop your pet off before the scheduled check in time and we are completely booked, you can always call ahead to see if there are runs available or bring your dog in with the understanding that we can place your dog in a holding area (typically 6 foot crates) until the run becomes available.

early drop offs

Monday – Saturday our kennel opens at 9:00 AM. We are no longer able to accept pets before 9:00 AM due to our demanding morning cleaning routine. If you need to bring your pet in before our kennel opens, please schedule your reservation for the night before and drop off before closing.

Holiday / Peak weekend boarding

Our office is closed on holidays. There is no pick up or drop off available.

Holiday and peak weekend boarding reservations now require a non-refundable deposit. Please call our office to inquire about peak weekends such as local spring breaks!

Note: We now require non-refundable deposits due to the increasing number of last minute-cancellations and no-shows. We typically have an extensive Wait-List for peak travel dates and wish to accommodate as many of our clients as possible.

Accessories

Items to bring

• Dog, cat and ferret owners, please bring a copy of your pet's vaccination records; see our vaccine requirements above.
• If possible, we ask that you bring your pet's regular food to prevent any unnecessary stomach upset due to a sudden change in food. If we provide food for your pet there is a $3 per day charge.
• Reptile owners, please bring your regular set up. Remember to include all heat sources and enclosure.
• Bird owners; feel free to bring your own cages or to use one of our in-house cages. Please stop in for a tour to see if our options will suit your birds’ needs.
• Small animal, bird and reptile owners, please bring any fresh foods (i.e. fresh greens, strawberries, crickets) that your pet may need during its stay.


Items not to bring

• Towels, as our staff assumes all towels are In-House towels which are rotated daily
• Non-machine washable rugs or pet bedding
• Food and Water bowls, unless for necessity (i.e.: Raised bowls for Great Danes)
• Personal kitty litter trays

Note: We invite you to leave toys and bedding with your pet during their stay, however, we cannot be responsible for the condition in which they are returned. Some items may not be returned if they are misplaced, or if destroyed by your pet.

Although leaving personal items with your pet may make them feel more comfortable during their stay, it does pose a risk of ingestion and obstruction. Because you made the choice to leave these items, we cannot be held responsible for any problems resulting from your decision.
